This summer the school had a lot of updates.  For example, new tables, vending machines, couches in the commons, and more TVs. But there is so much more that needs to be done but costs a lot. What if it didn’t cost anything what if we were able to get whatever we wanted?

Principal Jim Franz answered that question, but said he couldn’t really answer because how new he is.

“There’s a lot of need for a space that all students can fit comfortably,” Franz said. “But, because of how new I am, it’s not really my place to say what should be the first thing to do.”

Father O’Brien has big plans for the school’s future.

“I would love if we would tear down the PC building,” O’Brien said.

He revealed future plans which was building a new cafeteria in the courtyard and adding classes in the old cafeteria space then tearing down the PC building. So Father basically explained that the school is always looking toward the future for making our school better and better.

Students can have a voice on what can make our school a more awesome place. Garrett Johnson offered a more modest suggestion.

“What about adding a new vending machine in the STC building so you can get a snack without possibly being late for class,” Johnson said.

It’s good for students to have a opinion for what can be done to make school better.
